Please review these Terms before using our website or booking services with Stone & Cedar Hauling Co. (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our site, submitting info, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide junk removal, debris hauling, trailer rental, and material delivery within the Pacific Northwest. All service requests require scheduling and confirmation.
2. Estimates & Payment
We offer free estimates based on load type and location.
Quotes are valid only for the scope described and may be adjusted after an in-person inspection.
Payment is due upon service completion, unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Late or incomplete payments may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation Policy

We do not guarantee removal of electronics or chemicals unless specified in the service agreement.
5. Insurance & Liability
We carry general liability insurance and maintain coverage for employees and vehicles.
Our liability for property damage is limited to actual repair/replacement costs or $1,000, whichever is less.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or concealed conditions (e.g., underground cables).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from losses arising from customer-provided instructions, damage to parts of the site outside our control, or failure to disclose hazards.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as-is,” without guarantees of perfection.
We make no express warranties regarding service speed, completeness, or results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will we be liable for:
Lost profits, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages
Special or punitive damages
Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
8. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Washington State law.
Disputes not resolved through negotiation will be submitted to binding arbitration under Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”), conducted in [Insert County], WA.
